But if the layout itself is too colorful the human eye can’t focus on anything and they may click off in confusion.
You also need to decide whether or not you will use a bold color all through with colored writing or bold color layout with white background where you have your main text. Using space and white space effectively can be pleasing to the eye as well s easy for the browser to see what your site has.
The next thing to consider is the width of your webpage layout. Generally now days many people have wider screens. The Small screen is a thing of the past and only antiquated computers use them. So you can safely use 800 pixels wide for your layout. You do not want to make your width a percentage as you have no control over how your design with translate to small or larger screens.
There’s nothing worse than having to scroll sideways to view a web page or have big white spaces where the text has been stretched out to fit the larger screen.
